Yoga + Cooking Camp: Ages 9-12 See All Times

Make healthy living fun in this yoga and cooking camp. Each day will include a yoga practice, mindfulness, and discussion + hands on cooking experience in the Mindful Movement for Kids kitchen! We will learn how to prepare healthy snacks and meals for us and our families using local, organic ingredients. Families are encouraged to join us the last day for a special yoga practice followed by healthy eats created by our kids!
